Annechien Strouven

Annechien STROUVEN works as a freelance artist and animator. She studied Animation Film at the Vlaams Acrhitectuurinstituut and obtained her MA Diploma in Animation Film from the School of Arts Gent. She developed an educational film for the Higher Technical Institution Sint Antonius in Ghent. Her graduation film Louisa (2016) has been screened at multiple festivals, such as Het Kortfilmfestival Leuven, Anima in Brussels, the Monstra Animation Film Festival in Lisbon and won the Impact Award at the Richmond Youth Festival in Canada.
