Cristóbal León

Cristóbal is an artist working in the field of film, animation, installation and design. He uses stop-motion animation in much of his work. With Joaquín Cociña they got together as the duo León & Cociña, and In 2018 they premiered their first animated feature film called “La Casa Lobo '' at the 68 Berlinale. Their work forms part of MOMA and Tate Modern’s collections, among other institutions' collections. Their recent short film “Los Huesos'' premiered at the 78th Venice Film Festival, winning the Orizzonti Award for Best Short Film.
