Žoel Kastelic
Zoel has always been drawn to stop-motion. The first contact she had with animation was with stop-motion and clay. And she says she remembers that moment vividly. That feeling of bringing a still object to life still feels magical for. It’s the same with clay. She was modelling clay long before she came across animation, and modelling always felt natural to her. She thinks clay was also the most suitable material for making an animation based outside, amongst nature. She almost always has it with her.
