James Michael Chiang

James Michael Chiang (JMC) is a Chinese-Canadian writer-director and photographer. His work focuses on telling raw, genuine human stories that are visually true to spirit.

His commercial work has garnered numerous awards, including the Cannes Lions, Clio Awards, and the London International Awards. Additionally, his work has received global recognition, being featured in esteemed media outlets such as The Fader, W Magazine, V Magazine, Nowness, Noisey and Nylon.

His debut narrative short film, "Xie Xie, Ollie," premiered at the 48th edition of the Toronto International Film Festival.
