Gianluca Matarrese is a Paris-based Italian director whose films have screened at the Venice International Film Festival, International Documentary Film Festival Amsterdam, and Copenhagen International Documentary Film Festival. His work has won awards including Best Documentary at the 2019 Torino Film Festival and Venice’s Queer Lion in 2021.
