Julia Nicolescu

Julia is a story artist and animator director from Brazil. Director and co-director of 8 short animated films, including “La Loba” and “Hopping Rope”, all produced as a student and which now have over 30 festival selections around the world and an award for “La Loba” as best Latin Student Short Film in the Emerging Animation Festival from Chile. Has recently concluded Re:Anima European Master in Animation hosted by LUCA School of Art (Belgium), AALTO University (Finland), and University of Lusófona (Portugal).
