Nikolay Lyudvigovich Makovsky is a Russian director, screenwriter and producer. Member of the Union of Cinematographers of Russia. He is a member of the board of the Academy of Animation Arts named after F. S. Khitruk. One of the founders of the Association of Animated Cinema.
