Call for Entries: CineLink Co-Production Market 2025 Opens at Sarajevo Film Festival, Bosnia and Herzegovina
The Sarajevo Film Festival (SFF) and its industry platform, CineLink Industry Days, have announced the Call for Entries for the CineLink Co-Production Market 2025, aimed at fostering collaboration and development in the global film community. The call is open to feature-length fiction projects currently in the development or financing stages. Both emerging filmmakers and established professionals are encouraged to apply.
Selected projects will take part in the CineLink on-site workshop in Slano, Croatia, from June 16–20, 2025. The workshop will coincide with Slano Film Days, an innovative event designed to unite regional filmmakers with seasoned industry experts from around the globe. This partnership aims to spark creative collaborations, develop new projects, and support participants in advancing their international careers.
During the workshop, participants will benefit from consultations with leading script editors, guidance on financing and production strategies, and insights into sustainable filmmaking practices. The program also includes assistance in marketing and project presentation, all under the mentorship of top industry professionals.
From May to September 2025, CineLink’s team will provide ongoing support to participants, preparing them for presentations at the CineLink Industry Days in August and facilitating online meetings with key industry stakeholders in September.
Awards and Opportunities
The CineLink Co-Production Market offers participants several prestigious awards, including:
- Eurimages Co-Production Development Award (€20,000)
- Film Center Montenegro CineLink Award (€10,000)
- Film Center Serbia CineLink Award (€10,000)
- Artekino International Prize (€6,000)
- Female Voices Award (€20,000), sponsored by the Slovenian Film Centre and UN Women, open to projects across the CineLink Co-Production Market and CineLink Drama.
Winners will gain not only financial support but also valuable exposure to co-producers, sales agents, distributors, broadcasters, and funders, enhancing their projects’ visibility on the international stage.
The official language for the CineLink Co-Production Market is English. All application materials must be submitted in English by February 28, 2025, to be considered eligible. The final selection of projects will be announced in April 2025.
