A clever and rather poisonous sketch about the life and teachings of Leo Tolstoy. In the program: a short excursion to Yasnaya Polyana, observation of Tolstoy the farmer, presence at the solemn meal and, of course, the wise thoughts of Lev Nikolaevich. The film was made in a mixed technique, combining full-scale shooting and photo collage.
