Mar-me-quer

The movies present the result of the animation offices Pequeno Cinema performed by schools on the school year 2018/2019. The animation offices take place in the classroom space, have the duration of 1:30h to 2h, and propose to students one first contact with stop motion animation technique (pixilation). Given the variety of groups, first of all the distinction between kindergarten students, whose ages range between 3 to 6 years, and the students of first cicle, aged between 6 and 10/11, as well as the size of the groups, some from 7/8 students to groups with 26 students, the workshops sought to articulate some exercises and basic materials with the creativity, capacity of the students and the limitations of the space or size of the groups.

With the theme of ocean pollution as background, “Mar-me-quer” it is also a contribution of the children involved: seas and oceans, nature, happiness, balance, exploration, pollution, death. Mar-me-quer, bem-me-quer.
