Anima, the Brussels International Animation Film Festival, will take place from February 28 to March 9, 2025. Hosted in the historic Flagey building and other venues across Brussels, this festival showcases over 250 films in more than 100 screenings. Anima is renowned for its diverse program, including short films, feature films, and special categories for children and professionals. The festival is a qualifying event for the Academy Award for Best Animated Short Film, drawing over 40,000 attendees annually.
